I found the room very clean. The modern decor was pleasant, and the lady at the front office was very cute. Check-in and check-out were painless (always a plus). Soundproofed walls meant I could not tell I was in the city centre.
The reception area felt more like a two-star hotel.

The staff were helpful and the room was clean! the location was quite convenient near a tram station. I found getting around the area easy. we had a triple room. it provided sufficient space to move around.
some parts of the hotel seem old. carpet walls were present, the reception i received one evening was not good, i was asked to show my card in a rude way after 11 pm as i walked to the stairs.
